In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or an error has occurred on the part of SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN SL , the customer will have the right to request that the product be returned without additional cost on his part or that the full amount of the purchase be returned, including shipping costs, once the product has been returned to our facilities and verified the incidence.

In the event that the shipment has suffered damage during transport, the client must notify this situation to SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN SL within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN SL will initiate the claim procedure to the transport company for the replacement of the damaged merchandise without additional charge for the client.   


To execute the right of withdrawal, the client has a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. It is necessary at the time of making the return that the product has not broken the security seal, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees and documentation. In the event that the products are damaged by handling by the customer, the return will not be accepted. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you must take care with the products while they are in your possession. The return of the product will be made by bank transfer within 10 calendar days following the date of receipt of the withdrawal request.
