Customer Returns


In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or there has been an error on the part of SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN S.L., the customer will have the right to request that the product be returned to him without additional cost on his part or that the total amount of the purchase including shipping costs be returned to him, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incidence has been checked.

In the event that the shipment has suffered damage during transport, the customer must communicate this situation to SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN S.L. before 48 hours after receipt. In this case, SUNSHINE ANDINA & TOUCH OF SYNERGY SPAIN S.L. will initiate the claim procedure to the transport company to replace the damaged merchandise without additional charge to the customer.


To execute the right of withdrawal, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. 

It is necessary at the time of making the return that the product has not been broken the security seal, it must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging, including guarantees and documentation. In case the products are damaged due to manipulation by the customer, the return will not be accepted. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the products while they are in your possession. The refund of the product will be made by bank transfer before 10 calendar days following the date of receipt of the request for withdrawal.
